All aspects of self-care need to be attended to.
- Caroline MI had six sessions with Christopher to help with anxiety. I found him to be approachable compassionate understanding and funny. He gave me simple tools required to keep moving forward and I am in a much happier place. Everyone should have a Chris in their lives .
- Lisa MI had 7 sessions with Chris, initially for specific trauma but we ended up working through that and on to anxieties so longstanding I thought they were part of my personality. The changes to my life are very real and I am truly thankful for that.
- Nicole LI have just completed 10 sessions with Chris and I can honestly say he has changed my life. As someone who woke up each day feeling a sense of dread and anxiety, I have never felt more free. Chris is positive, compassionate, humorous and explains everything in a simple manner without using lots of jargon! I feel like a brand new person and I couldn’t thank him enough for everything he has helped me with!
