- Adam BI found Chris to be extremely friendly and approachable helping me to open up about some issues i was dealing with caused by a life changing illness. After my 8 sessions I feel that a solid foundation has been laid to continue my journey of recovery. I can’t thank him enough for all his help and advice. I would highly recommend using him.
- Lisa MI had 7 sessions with Chris, initially for specific trauma but we ended up working through that and on to anxieties so longstanding I thought they were part of my personality. The changes to my life are very real and I am truly thankful for that.
- Caroline MI had six sessions with Christopher to help with anxiety. I found him to be approachable compassionate understanding and funny. He gave me simple tools required to keep moving forward and I am in a much happier place. Everyone should have a Chris in their lives .
