- Nicole LI have just completed 10 sessions with Chris and I can honestly say he has changed my life. As someone who woke up each day feeling a sense of dread and anxiety, I have never felt more free. Chris is positive, compassionate, humorous and explains everything in a simple manner without using lots of jargon! I feel like a brand new person and I couldn’t thank him enough for everything he has helped me with!
- Demi OAfter 6 counselling sessions with Chris I've really noticed a huge difference in myself. Chris is kind, positive, responsive and informative. I loved the analogies and explanations he gave to me to help figure things out. After 6 sessions I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I have Chris to thank for this. I will be, in the new year looking to invest in some life coaching provided at bannside also, and Iook forward to how this will help me maintain the thought patterns and goals.
